and canapes.
Purchase your Raffle tickets & Prize Balloons during this time, we have $50 and limited $100 ballons available
All balloons are guaranteed a prize!
6.45pm You will be asked to find your seats
7.15pm Official Welcome, Housekeeping
7.30pm Main Course served
8.30pm Live Auction begins Lots 1 - 8
Small Break followed by Lots 9-16
10pm The dance floor is open and we will be entertained by Stolen Records
11.30pm Bar closes and music finishes, Event Concludes

'Advanced' Mystery Balloons
We have over 300 prize balloons for sale at $50 & $100 - each balloon contains an amazing prize (includes firewood, hospitality vouchers, wine, and RM Williams gear to name a few!).

While we are looking forward to seeing you, if you are unwell, or have cold/flu/COVID symptoms we do ask that you stay at home.

EFTPOS / Cash
There will be several EFTPOS machines at the venue, but we would also suggest you bring some cash along as well.

Bar
Your ticket includes a drink on arrival, complimentary Supernova Cocktails all evening thanks to the team at AWE McNicol, and beer kindly donated by Giant, Brave & State of Play Breweries.
There will be a limited number of Craggy Range Wines on the table, additional wine will be available to purchase over the bar throughout the evening.
Cash and Eftpos will be available at the bars.
Auction Information
LIVE AUCTION
The Live Auction is only on the night. If you are unable to attend and would still like to bid on the Live Auction please email Pippa at pippa@planit.co.nz or phone 027 418 7452.
SILENT AUCTION
You can bid on the Silent Auction lots online prior to the event and on the night using Galabid, but you must be registered on Galabid to do so.
