8.30pm Live Auction begins Lots 1 - 6
Small Break followed by Lots 7-11
10pm The dance floor is open and we will be entertained by Shaun Preston
11pm First bus departs to Havelock North
11.30pm Bar closes and music finishes, Event Concludes
11.45pm last bus departs to Havelock North

Bus Information
There is a bus service leaving at 11 & 11.45pm to Havelock North
Tickets are available to purchase from the Bar and Auction desk all night for $10pp.
'Advanced' Mystery Balloons
We have over 300 prize balloons for sale at $50 - each balloon contains an amazing prize (includes firewood, hospitality vouchers, wine, and RM Williams gear to name a few!).
What to Wear
This year our event is taking place at Bostock Wines, in the winery warehouse with initial drinks and canapés being held in the marquee. While there is heating installed in both spaces, it is winter so please dress appropriately.
EFTPOS / Cash
There will be several EFTPOS machines at the venue, but we would also suggest you bring some cash along as well.
Bar
Your ticket includes a drink on arrival, complimentary Fling! Cocktails all evening thanks to the team at AWE McNicol, and beer kindly donated by Roosters.
There will be a limited number of Bostock Wines on the table, additional wine will be available to purchase over the bar throughout the evening.
Cash and Eftpos will be available at the bars.
Health & Safety
While we are looking forward to seeing you, if you are unwell, or have cold/flu/COVID symptoms we do ask that you stay at home.
Auction Information
LIVE AUCTION
The Live Auction is only on the night. If you are unable to attend and would still like to bid on the Live Auction please email Pippa at pippa@planit.co.nz or phone 027 418 7452.
SILENT AUCTION
You can bid on the Silent Auction lots online prior to the event and on the night using Galabid, but you must be registered on Galabid to do so.
